How to install your X1 map update
- 32GB or larger USB drive (FAT32 formatted) - or choose the preloaded USB option
- Vehicle on stable power throughout - engine running or charger connected
- VIN, order confirmation, and FSC code available before starting
- Do not remove USB or interrupt power during the update

Start the engine and plug the USB into the front console port.
When prompted, confirm activation is VIN-matched at purchase.
